Your Annual Cost is $96 as a Referral Agent with JK&A Referral Partners. There are NO Local Board dues, NO MLS Fees, NO Office/Desk Fees and NO other random fees. You are responsible for your license renewal fee every other year with the State of New Jersey (varies $100-$200 pending your license type).
It’s not really complicated…keep your Eyes and Ears Open to ANYONE who may be thinking about Buying, Selling, Investing or Renting real estate properties (Residential or Commercial). Complete our short ‘Referral Lead Form’ requiring the basic information and we do the rest from there.

Anywhere in the WORLD! Although, 97% of our referral leads are sent out to Real Estate Agents in the USA, we have plenty of qualified International Real Estate Agent Contacts that will accept a referral lead. Think outside of our area! Who do you know that has a real estate need that we can help fulfill?

You don’t! We do! We will give you regular updates as to the Status of your Referral Lead via email which will help you understand where in the buying or selling cycle is this Referral Lead and when you can expect this Referral Lead will close their real estate transaction.
No, we are sorry to say you do not as this is a NJ Real Estate Commission and a Local MLS rule. However, We Do! If there is a specific need or reason you need information from a Local MLS then reach out to us as we may be able to provide that information for you.
You are NOT required to take any CEU’s as a Referral Agent. With that being said, if you have an interest in getting back into an ACTIVE status, then we will encourage and direct you to the required continuing education classes that will have you prepared to get ‘back in the game’ as an Active Agent. Throughout the course of the year, we will be emailing you regular CEU class opportunities that will make your transition back to an active status simple and quick one.
If you’ve maintained the required NJ Real Estate Commission CEU’s then just reach out to us and we will take you through this simple process and complete all the required paperwork to do so. If you have not completed the required CEU’s then we will direct you to a couple of online real estate schools to complete your CEU’s. Please note that there are fees to reactivate your real estate license.

You always have the right to buy and sell your own real estate properties whether you are a licensed real estate agent or not. If you do, then please let all parties involved in this real estate transaction that you are a NJ Referral Salesperson.
